Now that your payment is complete, and you have already submitted your Pre-Registration form, you are registered for the school year! You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 48 hours.

Before the first day of school we will need:

1. Admission Forms

2. Current Immunization Records

3. Hearing & Vision Screening (if your child is 4 or older by Sept. 1st)

4. Food Allergy Emergency Plan (if your child has a life-threatening food allergy)
